- Oversaw the Marketing Department, working with a designer & email specialist to maintain a complex promotion schedule. This included designing and sending mass marketing emails, social media posts, printed items, and more to promote ACA’s products, recorded webinars, and live conferences.
- Developed multi-channel marketing campaigns for multiple product launches and live conferences to maximize engagement and sales.
- Managed a complex department budget, finding areas to optimize and using real analytics and data to determine estimates for each fiscal year.
- Oversaw the design and construction of ACA’s central booth at the organization’s Annual Convention & Expo in both 2024 and 2025. Greeted guests and members at the booth, answering questions and doing multiple games/giveaways. Both of these booth designs won MarCom Awards (Gold in ’24, Honorable Mention in ’25).
- Used AI tools to help create smoother systems for content creation, management, and concepts. Created more visually-engaging views of marketing plans to promote transparency and give clearer views of overall plans and cadences.
- Continued to expand on previous video work, introducing animated video as a new tool.
